Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
Support our client’s digital marketing presence across all digital channels
Maintaining our owned media presence across all digital channels
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Maximizing customer satisfaction and revenue generation

We provide digital marketing and inside sales services to companies expanding their overseas operations (in Southeast Asia such as Malaysia) and support the growth of their international businesses.
Sales Manager will be responsible for the following tasks to promote the growth of client companies' overseas operations:

Proposal of our services to client companies: Propose our services such as digital marketing and inside sales services based on the needs of the clients.

Project management: Manage project execution to delivery for client projects, including task coordination among internal team members, project progress tracking, and communication such as report creation and submission to client companies.

Building relationships with client companies: Build strong partnerships with client companies and establish trust.

・Managing assigned authorized partners or end customers via telephone to detect potential business opportunities.
・Supporting partners or end customers on business development and tracing ongoing projects as inside sales representative.
・Managing pipeline, forecasting business and develop influential relationship with existing customers.
・Generating up-sell and cross sell opportunities.
・Administrating CRM tools
・Reporting to inside sales partner in Japan
