BRIDGE International Asia Sdn Bhd and Selangor Human Resource Development Centre Sign Comprehensive Collaboration Agreement
BRIDGE International Asia Sdn Bhd (“BRIDGE”), a comprehensive marketing company based near Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia, as a subsidiary of BRIDGE International Corporation (Head Office: Setagaya-ku, Tokyo; President: Yusho Yoshida; hereafter “BRIDGE”), (hereinafter referred to as “BRIDGE International Asia”), a general marketing company based near Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia's capital city, as a subsidiary of BRIDGE International Asia Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as “BRIDGE International Asia”), will sign a comprehensive partnership agreement with Selangor Human Resource Development Centre (hereinafter referred to as “SHRDC”) on May 13, 2024, to strengthen efforts to upgrade Malaysian industries by utilizing Japanese companies' technologies. On May 13, 2024, at the SHRDC headquarters, a signing ceremony was held with the presence of the Chief Minister of Selangor, YAB Dato' Seri Haji Amirudin bin Shari. During the ceremony, Mr. Teh Sook Ling, the Executive Director of SHRDC, and Mr. Shingo Abe, the Managing Director of BRIDGE International Asia Sdn Bhd, signed the comprehensive collaboration agreement under this MOU.

Through this collaboration, Bridge International Asia will work with SHRDC to enhance efforts to advance Malaysia's industries by utilizing the technologies possessed by Japanese companies.
1. Joint research and technological cooperation to promote the introduction of technologies owned by Japanese companies that contribute to the advancement of Malaysia's industries.
2. Sharing of technical documents and providing training opportunities related to technology development between both parties.
3. Joint operation of human resource development programs and technology acquisition opportunities through hands-on training and pilot projects.
4. Collaborative marketing and promotional activities related to the activities of both organizations.
