2. Securing an offshore base for the development of CRM systems centered around Salesforce.

Bridge International Asia, based in Malaysia, provides marketing support and IT services to Japanese companies entering the ASEAN region to help them develop sales channels. Bridge International Asia covers a wide range of phases for its clients, from the establishment of ASEAN business models to business development and expansion, and has supported the entry and growth of over 100 companies since its establishment.

Bridge International Asia has also obtained MD status* (formerly known as MSC status), which gives it an advantage in recruiting foreign personnel in Malaysia, and also gives it a base from which to deploy its inside sales outsourcing services to the Asian headquarters functions of Bridge Group clients.

Bridge International Corp. has formed a capital alliance by acquiring shares equivalent to 10% of Bridge International Asia's outstanding shares in 2022, and is providing services to the Group's clients in conjunction with Bridge International Asia's digital marketing business.

Bridge International Corp will support Bridge International Asia's development of new solutions through active investment of growth capital in Bridge International Asia by making it a wholly owned subsidiary.
